Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Deliveries coincide with USPS delivery times. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Federal Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, know that we process orders on a first come-first served basis. We expect to work long hours near holidays to fulfill all orders in an appropriate time frame according to the shipping option chosen. If there are delays beyond the chosen shipping period Palmetto Charms will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do ship to APO/FPO as long as there is an APO / FPO / DPO address provided with an associated Zip Code. Please allow longer shipping times for these orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Palmetto Charms & Etc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Palmetto Charms & Etc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
